KubeHaven provides Managed Kubernetes services, including but not limited to fully managed K8s clusters, integrated monitoring, persistent storage options, DevOps consulting, migration support, and training sessions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice to you. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our services.
User Accounts
Some of our services may require you to create an account. When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms of Use, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our services.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access our services and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Payment Terms

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall KubeHaven, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, the services or any other aspect of this agreement.
Without limiting the foregoing, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us for the services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations in this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KubeHaven, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, suppliers, and licensors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation of these Terms of Use.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Use.
All provisions of the Terms of Use which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in relation to these Terms of Use, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be resolved by the courts of Latvia, with the first instance being the Riga City Vidzeme District Court (Rīgas pilsētas Vidzemes priekšpilsētas tiesa).
